Monika Edwards is a Clinical Pastoral Therapist based in Edgemead, Cape Town. She offers therapy and counselling for individuals, couples, and families.
She has specialised in Narrative Therapy as well as post-graduate Systems Constellations. She was the Director of a Community-based Mental Health Organisation for seven years and remains passionate about community development. She also has experience in the youth leaving Care sector, having mentored, and facilitated processes for adolescents and youth practitioners. She will tailor your sessions based on an individual needs and assessment basis.
